1. Acceptance and scope

These Terms of Use apply to the Relsova public website, public forms, demos, pilot access, and product unless a signed order form, subscription agreement, pilot agreement, or other written contract applies. By accessing or using Relsova, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

If you use Relsova for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization. A signed customer agreement controls where it conflicts with these public terms.

2. The service

Relsova is a real-estate revenue operating system that can provide lead prioritization, property matching, follow-up workflows, risk signals, communication intelligence, forecasts, automation, reporting, and related decision support.

Features, editions, limits, providers, integrations, and availability may change. Beta, pilot, preview, and demo functionality may be incomplete, limited, or changed before general release.

3. Accounts and organizational authority

Provide accurate account and workspace information and keep it current.
Protect credentials, sessions, devices, API keys, invitations, and recovery methods.
Use organization, member, role, and workspace controls only for authorized users.
Notify Relsova promptly about suspected unauthorized access or compromised credentials.
You are responsible for activity performed through your authorized account unless caused by Relsova's breach of its obligations.

4. Customer data and permissions

You retain rights in data you submit or authorize Relsova to receive. You grant Relsova the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, secure, back up, and otherwise use that data to provide the service and meet legal obligations.

You must have a lawful basis and all required notices, permissions, and consents for leads, buyers, sellers, employees, brokers, recordings, messages, imports, and integrations. You must not upload information that you are not authorized to process.

5. AI decision support

AI-generated scores, summaries, scripts, forecasts, matches, and recommended actions are decision support. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or unsuitable for a particular transaction. You must review outputs before using them.

Model output cannot authorize an operation, select tenant scope, determine permissions, replace professional judgment, or make a legally binding representation for Relsova. Consequential actions remain subject to product controls and human approval where required.

6. Communications, recordings, and consent

You are responsible for complying with laws and platform rules governing calls, recordings, WhatsApp, email, marketing, automated communication, suppression lists, quiet hours, and consent. Enable communication or voice features only when the organization has the required authority and configuration.

Relsova may block, limit, or require approval for communication activity that presents legal, safety, abuse, provider, or reputational risk.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use Relsova for unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, abusive, harassing, fraudulent, or rights-infringing activity.
Do not attempt to access another organization, bypass permissions, defeat rate limits, probe secrets, exploit vulnerabilities, or interfere with service integrity.
Do not submit malware, destructive code, prohibited content, or instructions intended to manipulate AI or automation into bypassing controls.
Do not scrape, resell, reverse engineer, or create a competing service from protected parts of Relsova except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Do not use public forms for buyer databases, credentials, one-time passwords, payment-card data, identity documents, or confidential transaction files.

8. Fees, editions, and usage

Paid access, implementation, usage limits, edition capability, renewal, taxes, payment, and cancellation are governed by the applicable checkout, proposal, or order form. Relsova, Relsova Pro, and Relsova Enterprise have different capabilities and governance boundaries.

Access may be limited when a trial expires, payment fails, usage exceeds a contracted limit, a provider is unavailable, or continued operation creates a security or compliance risk.

9. Third-party services

Relsova may interoperate with hosting, database, authentication, payment, communication, AI, analytics, and customer-selected services. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and may change or become unavailable. Relsova is not responsible for a third party's independent acts or services.

10. Confidentiality and security

Each party should protect the other party's confidential information using reasonable care and use it only for the permitted relationship. Security responsibilities, incident obligations, data processing, and service levels may be expanded in a signed customer agreement.

Security reports should be sent to security@relsova.com and must not include unnecessary personal or confidential customer data.

11. Intellectual property and feedback

Relsova and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, design, documentation, brand, models, workflows, and related materials. No ownership is transferred except for rights expressly granted in writing.

You may provide feedback. Relsova may use feedback without restriction or payment, provided it does not disclose customer confidential information or identify an individual without permission.

12. Suspension and termination

Relsova may suspend or restrict access to prevent harm, address security or legal risk, investigate misuse, enforce usage or payment terms, or protect other customers and providers. Where reasonable, notice and an opportunity to cure will be provided.

After termination, access ends and data is handled according to the customer agreement, Privacy Policy, retention requirements, and applicable law.

13. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the public website, demos, pilots, and service are provided on an 'as available' basis. Relsova does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, a particular revenue outcome, buyer conversion, transaction completion, data accuracy, or that every risk will be detected.

Relsova is not legal, tax, financial, property-valuation, brokerage, or investment advice. Users remain responsible for professional judgment, regulatory duties, representations to customers, and real-estate transactions.

14. Liability

Liability, exclusions, caps, indemnities, governing law, and dispute procedures for a paid customer are governed by the applicable signed agreement. Where no signed agreement applies, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law, and Relsova is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential loss, lost profit, lost revenue, or lost data.

15. Changes and contact

Relsova may update these terms to reflect product, legal, security, provider, or operational changes. The effective date will be updated, and material changes may be communicated through the site, product, or direct notice.
